Custom Racing Tees has reached sponsorship agreements with 2 teams, one from right here on 4m.net The first was a two car deal with Darren Deems He is a member of a two car Late Model team out of Central Kentucky. Darren has a internet racing parts store you can visit at www.cheaperracer.com for all of your racing needs. The driver of what I hear is the faster of the two cars is Matt ¨Sterling¨Cottongim. The teams racing website is www.centralkymotorsports.com The next sponsorship went to Mark Dowdy of Dowdy Motorsports. Mark is a Late Model racer from Waterloo, Alabama. His website is www.dowdymotorsports.com So tell these guys congratulations and Custom Racing Tees hopes to have more announcements soon.

I got a call today that brought my attention to this post. I am the owner of Dowdy Motorsports in Pontotoc, MS. Which owns www.dowdymotorsports.com. I am not affiliated in anyway with CustomRacingTees.com or Mark Dowdy Racing. Mark Dowdy's website (after doing a google search) is dowdyracing.com I think. I am not affiliated with either of the above business's I did however read over Marks site, and he seems like an awesome guy. Again, I own Dowdy Motorsports/Rapid Bodyworks, www.dowdymotorsports.com and we race go karts. Just wanted to clear the air. I'm sure it was a mistake to post my web address, but I wanted it cleared up. After the call I had today, I felt that needed to be posted. Thanks.

I guess I should post in response here as well. I'm part owner of Central Kentucky MotorSports LLC aka Cheaper Racer (www.cheaperracer.com) We entered into an agreement with Custom Racing Tee's. Placing Logo's on websites (3), On 2 Dirt Late Models, Announced CRT's as a sponsor at the tracks and have had 0 return.
This was our only association with Custom Racing Tee's. We have made multiple attempts at contacts via e-mail and phone with Negative results. We are not part of Custom Racing Tee's.
I can not go into further details of actions we have put in place at this time.

We are all being ripped off!
"'Tanner Krysl'" <kryslracing56k@hotmail.com>, "'Jennifer Sweigert'" <jensweigert@yahoo.com>, "'Nicholas De Moss'" <ndemoss@yahoo.com>, "'MEGAN LAWSON'" <m_lawson99@hotmail.com>, "'Custom Tees Contact Form Sherri Elwood'" <Sherri_Elwood@baylor.edu>
The above people ordered shirts and then got this email on July 8...
I would like to inform you as to why I have been out of touch the last week. We have had a legal situation arise and as per the advise of my legal counsel I was not allowed to contact anyone until now. I am not at liberty to discuss this situation as it is ongoing. This event has effectively put all of our forward production on hold for the next several weeks. I am sure everything will turn out all-right but do not want to keep you waiting one minute longer than you already have. I want to let you know that we will be refunding your deposits immediately. We will also stand by all the agreements we have made and upon the re-start of this project will be providing you with your finished art at no charge.
I deeply apologize for this tremendous inconvenience and hope that you understand.
Steve
THEN WE GOT THIS ONE ON JULY 14...
If you have a paypal account please email me the account information as we are finishing the refunds today. With the paypal the money will be available immediately whereas with a normal credit card refund the account will take several days to receive the credit.
Thank you, Steve
ALL OF US are still waiting on our money to be refunded. Luckily paypal and credit card companies are working with us. This guy is a FRAUD!!!! If anyone knows a good lawyer, contact these people as I am sure they would like to go after him.

Still no word as of this minute.. Left Numerous Messages, Emails, Phone calls.
I did a little looking. The website is registered to
Blue Moon Dyes Frank Kenny 3437 Bowman Street Philadelphia, PA 19129 215-825-5120
I've tried calling the number and no surprise it goes directly to voice mail. But hopefully one of you will have some luck. If anyone has had any success in their dealing with them please call us 502-330-3233

I'll keep providing details as I get them.

I represent Mark Dowdy Racing in North West Alabama. And yes, our web site is www.Dowdyracing.com. We were informed of this "sponsorship" of our racing shirts from custom Racing Tees. However we needed to pay for our art work. After a LONG time we still havent seen the first shirt. He did send us a JPEG of some artwork for our shirts. However we never got the actual artwork. Now it is well into the second 1/2 of our race season. We have NO shirts for this season. And all this after telling our sponsors for a month and a half that the shirts were on the way. We are in NO WAY affiliated with this guy. What we thought was going to help our team, ended up screwing us out of quite a bit of $$$. Both in expense and lost T-shirt sales. Thank you www.Dowdyracing.com
