Our goal in the 2009 season was to have a top 5 finish within the first half of the season, gain knowledge of car set ups and performance, driver experience and to present a professional sportsmanship team. The team earned tremendous respect from other race teams, owners and track personnel for their conduct on and off the track. We were able to meet our expectations of a top 5 finish at our first race of the season. Hayes Performance Motorsports plans to continue running with the MMSA in the 2010 season, as well as, the chance to run a sprint car towards the end of the season. Our plans for the 2011 season include the possibility that HPM will purchase a sprint car to run at many of the tracks in Indiana or remain with the MMSA.
